New Hours!
You may notice a few changes to my schedule this season. I’m excited to share that along with regular Tuesdays and Sundays, I’ll now be working rotating Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. This new schedule allows me to balance my herbal medicine classes while making room for our wonderful new therapist.
Each week will look a little different, but rest assured—I’ll still have two evening appointment slots available.
As always, I’m keeping my online calendar up to date so you can find a time that works for you!
Annual Gift Card Sale
The holidays are around the corner, which means it’s time for my annual gift card sale, running December 1st–23rd.
When you purchase a 90-minute gift certificate, you’ll receive a complimentary 30-minute gift certificate.
Use the extra time for yourself, or share it with someone special—it’s totally up to you. (Self-care is always a great gift.)
What’s Happening in the Neighborhood
Here’s a little roundup of local events
Winter Whyte Light-Up
Join the Old Strathcona Business Association on November 29, 2025 (4 PM–8 PM) in McIntyre Park (at Whyte Ave). There’ll be lights, music, pop-up vendors (including the Old Strathcona Farmers’ Market), cozy fires, ice carving, and more.OddBird Art & Craft Fair
A delightfully local indie market featuring over 100 artisans. It’s running for two weekends:
- Nov 28–30 (Fri 5–9PM, Sat 10–5, Sun 10–4)
- Dec 5–7 (same hours as the previous weekend)
Parking Reminder
Our new neighbors at Vintage District have been wonderfully busy, which has brought even more life and energy to the street—something we love to see! With the extra buzz, parking can sometimes feel a bit tighter, so here’s a friendly reminder:
You can park for free next door at the White Building (Alberta Stamp & Marking Co.)
After 6:00 PM on weekdays
All day on weekends and Holidays
It’s close, convenient, and takes the guesswork out of finding a spot during those busier hours.
Wishing you the very best holiday season,
Jennifer
