Not much will be changing this summer, but I’ll be swapping a few Friday shifts for Wednesdays here and there. If you’ve been hoping for a Wednesday appointment, keep an eye out—some will be popping up in my schedule!
Pricing Update
The time has come for a pricing adjustment. This is never a decision I make lightly, especially knowing how the rising cost of living impacts us all. In order to continue offering quality care while covering increased operating costs, I’ll be updating my rates effective August 1st 2025 as follows:
Standard Rates:
30 min – $55
45 min – $80
60 min – $105
75 min – $120
90 min – $140
Reflexology: $80
Senior / Student / Accessible Rate:
30 min – $50
45 min – $70
60 min – $90
75 min – $105
90 min – $120
You’ll notice a new category: Senior / Student / Accessible Rate. This includes those on fixed incomes, students, and anyone for whom regular rates are out of reach. If this change affects your ability to access care, please select the accessible rate—no questions asked.
As many of you know, I view pricing a little differently than most. I don’t align with the conventional approach of pricing based on status, education or perceived market value—instead, I choose to prioritize accessibility and sustainability in my practice. I’ve remained fulfilled in this work because of the amazing community I serve. That won’t change, I will always focus on how I can continue to show up sustainably for each and everyone of you.

New Business on the Main Floor
Exciting news—a new business is moving into the main floor of our building! While we can’t share full details just yet, we’re thrilled to welcome a new energy into the space. Over the next few weeks, you may notice some changes downstairs. Stay tuned for their official launch in September!
